Now the director of Inclusion Clare in Church Point, Nova Scotia, her work centres around self-advocate leadership and community empowerment through social and economic inclusion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image clearboth\"><figure class=\"alignright size-medium is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/JasonMcLellan-768x516.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4872\" width=\"200\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/JasonMcLellan-768x516.png 768w, https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/JasonMcLellan.png 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jason McLennan<\/strong> is the creator of the\u00a0<em>Living Building Challenge<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 the most stringent and progressive green building program in existence, as well as a primary author of the\u00a0<em>WELL Building Standard<\/em>. He is the author of seven books on Sustainability and Design including the\u00a0<em>Philosophy of Sustainable Design<\/em>, which is considered the \u2018bible\u2019 for green building\u2019 \u2013 and is both an Ashoka Fellow and Senior Fellow of the Design Future\u2019s Council. Jason is the recipient of the prestigious Buckminster Fuller Prize (the planet\u2019s top prize for socially responsible design).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image clearboth\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/DonnaCrossland.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4924\" width=\"200\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Donna Crossland<\/strong> is dedicated to managing and restoring healthy Acadian forest and has done so through a long career at Parks Canada, with direct involvement in two provincial forestry strategies, as well as involvement in private group efforts.\u00a0 She has researched historical forest ecology, natural disturbance processes including fire history, and conducts forest songbird acoustic monitoring.\u00a0 Donna also serves on the Minister\u2019s Advisory Committee for the implementation of ecological forestry recommendations on NS Crown lands. She has co-authored with Bob Bancroft,\u00a0<em>Forests:\u00a0 Restoring the Health of Nova Scotia\u2019s Forests<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image clearboth\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/DanFroese-1341-731x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-727\" width=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/DanFroese-1341-731x1024.jpg 731w, https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/DanFroese-1341-214x300.jpg 214w, https:\/\/dev.centreforlocalprosperity.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/DanFroese-1341-1080x1512.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 731px) 100vw, 731px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gr\u00e9gory H\u00e9ming<\/strong> is a Co-founder of the Centre for Local Prosperity.&nbsp; He is a philosophical ecologist, writer, climate activist and former elected official.
